If you want one that's easy to type on, get an Acer Aspire One, a Samsung NC10, or an HP Mininote 1000. The Asus Eee PC always has an awkward keyboard position with extremely small keys including a shrunken right shift key (which for me, makes a keyboard completely unusable). The Dell Inspiron Mini 9 made pretty much the same mistakes as the Eee did, but at least the keys weren't so small.

It's not awful, but it doesn't offer anything better, just corporate security features and all the updates.

SP3 is awful incompatible and causes unsolvable driver problems. As a pc tech I always uninstall SP3 and it usually solves the problem.
