I went to see CATS many years ago, and the girl who sang this song was okay, but I remember the whole time I was listening that I was wishing she could just belt it out like Barbara. It just wasn't the same. I had been spoiled by the way Barbara sings it and noone else would do. Look at her face when she is singing. No straining or forcing, whatsoever. It just comes so naturally for her and it is so beautiful.
