You're kidding right? You obviously didn't watch the video. Use Avast, Norton costs money and Avast does not. Avast protects against spyware and Norton does not. See the more info link just to the *right* of the video.

Ah, maybe YouTube is being goofy with how it displays the comments.Like I said I'm going to post a follow-up video to this one most likely sometime later this weekend. It's a moderately high priority for me because I'm not interested in specific troubleshooting for a dozen people a week.
