NO, it's Michael....I listened to it over and over again and it's his voice. i know that voice really well of Michael's and It was him. His voice is originally deep, not many know that but he puts on a falsetto when he is in the public eye.

i heard something sexy at 6:08 after he does the dancing sequence you turn your speakers up real loud or hear it in your headphones. But I am pretty damn sure Michael says "Oh F**k Yeah!"
