Almost all benchmarks are unanimous : in their free edition, Avast and AVG are now way behind. I used to have AVG, then Avast. I finally opted for Avira AntiVir Free Edition, which is incredibly light and fast, and still congratulate myself for having done so. :DFor a firewall, I couldn't recommend enough Ashampoo Firewall. Similar to ZoneAlarm, but with a nicer interface and more intuitive and user-friendly.Against spywares, I use Malwarebytes, Arovax, Spybot and SuperAntiSpyware.
